Boss From Hell!

I've stated my views on gladiator sandals for men before here on CCP,
however after viewing Bruno Pieter's Spring/Summer 2010 collection for
Hugo Boss, I can confidently say that I could be considering a pair.
Pieters definitely brought a more masculine approach to how I see the
gladiators as he paired them with crisp white suits with a dramatically
shortened hem. I also greatly gravitated towards the use of the smartly
styled harem pants that have been on my list of thing to buy for the
summer.

I Want To Love You!

There comes a time where every designer who might be climbing the ladder
of fame and recognition, needs his 15 minutes of fame. Renegursgov is
definitely being alllotted that time frame. I have a weakness for
extravagance brought to reality and to see this metallic tuxedo-inspired
denim jacket... generates a great deal of excitement that I can't hold
in. You would think that the possibilities with this piece are limited.
Oh, but think again my friends, as you can be as clean and classic as
you'd like or just as trendy. If there's nothing I love more, its
diversity.
Let it reign

It always excites me when I hear about designers pairing up with
commercial companies for a "better cause". Specifically Anna Sui, who
will be releasing a collection with Target that will available September
13, 2009. The collection inspired by the hit t.v show, Gossip Girl, has
a very young and carefree image that could be adored by many. Although
to me, it seems odd that she was inspired by the show, since the
possibilities of her work being on the show is greater. The collection
is Sui enough to be supported by Target's demographic, so there's only
one thing left to say.

Anyone who knows me well, can't bet their life savings that I will go
above and beyond for the ideal men's bag. Whether it be a tote, a
duffle, a weekender, or a messenger.... if it fits, it wins! This large
tote by Alexander McQueen has got to be the cleanest form of drama I've
seen from the Queen. Hence my great appreciation for it.
Over a Cup of Coffee
+Ever since their military collection debut for Fall/Winter 2006, Dolce &
Gabbana has held my interest captive without the intentions of letting
go. I've thus been satisfied with everything I've seen since then and
spoken their names in high regards. Seeing their Fall/Winter 2009 ad
campaign... I'm not so sure I can feel the same as I did before. I
wasn't quite settled by the extravagance of the hot pink fur coat as I
couldn't see it to be victim or recession proof. Also, even though... I
wasn't the biggest fan of their introduction of the protruded shoulder
last season... with this campaign, I gravitate towards it more since it
flows hand in hand with their voluminous tops. What I REALLY do love is
the "gloved" neckwear. Simply genius wouldn't give it enough credit.
Everything else is well appreciated.
'B' on the Bad Side

Normally I could care less for her attempts to step outside of her norm,
however this time I'm somewhat intrigued by Beyonce's tour image image.
The innovative eyewear married with the evoked rage [in this photo] is
simply something that shouldn't be overlooked.

I wish I could tell you who this incredibly vivacious woman is... but I
haven't the slightest clue. However, what I do know is that she is
STUNNING! Just stunning. How could you not notice her among the sea of
fashion gods? I can only say that this form of an ambience is what I'm
working towards....

After seeing this month's issue of Vogue Italia, I was definitely amped
to see that model, Sessilee Lopez has been getting proper exposure as of
late. She has such a soft, yet distinct image that can be as versatile
as she allows it, which of course works to her advantage each and every
time I've seen it. There's no doubt that photographer, Tom Munro played
a great role in capturing her full potential.
As for the fashion aspect...I'm completely down for anything that
resembles a futuristic image. It just makes me feel as though fashion is
actually progressing and not just pulling from the past. End result?
SATISFACTION!

I've Decided!
+However, as of late, I've found myself growing keen towards her style.
It's almost as though she's breaking down the barriers that separate her
from the stereotypes. I can only wonder how long she'll keep this up.
I'm a Stud
+these stud embellished wovens made by Prada may have just pushed me over
the edge. Yes, yes, yes...fashion is all about pushing the envelope and
so on and so forth... but really? Its almost like someone on a Harley
Davidson stopped a threw up on someone's politician.
Don't get me wrong... for an editorial...I'm all for it, but for real
life?
