Speedy Speedster!

I don't regret being a strong advocate for YSL footwear....Though I may
not be afford it all when I want it... fact still remains, I'm a
footwear whore! This morning, I read an article that stated Stefano
Pilati will be collaborating with Puma to produce a small sneaker
collection which makes me really happy. There are no prices yet
announced, but that okay. This particular shoe doesn't make me as crazy
as it I though it would, so with that being said I anxious to see what
they have left in store. I might just be able to cop a couple pairs

I Don't Know The Words...

+

It's sometimes very hard for me to decided whether or not I'll gravitate towards a trend (in men's wear) when it began in women's wear. As for these  red Acne gladiator-like sandals....I almost want to launch them into another galaxy... with me attached. Crazy right? My beef with this is, We' been seeing women in gladitor sandals for almost an entire season now and it's truly been a great experience here in Miami to see the ladies walking around in something other than a flip-flop. Now, to see a variation of that sandal... is kind of a like a bitter sweet feeling. There's no doubt that if given the opportunity, I rock the soles off of these... but... there's still that gut feeling that I should stray far away. I blame "the boyfriend image" that super models have been pushing as of late.

DAMN IT!

Everlasting Life...

+

When I first heard about the works of 3sixteen it was from my esteemed colleague and friend Kraven, and whenever I hear about a men's brand from him, normally it's worth mentioning. As i finally got their Spring 2009 lookbook in my possession, i was  definitely impressed since it was nothing that i'd expected it to be. Their brand image is clearly set for a man who is madly serious about his own image in life, which is sooo perfect for dudes who want a perfectly good upgrade from places like Forever 21 and likes thereof (lol I'm guilty!!!). What pleased me most about this particular collection is the sense of minimalism utilized to create such relaxed looks... now, I'm, not saying that other designers haven't done it before, but you must admit... their model just manages to make it look new and somewhat exciting. I'M A BELIEVER!

Although Coco Chanel Puffs has no ties to Chanel the company...I believe
that this phone screams luxury...you know, the kind that we at CCP stand
for.

This is just the protype...but I think I'll be all over this if it ever
releases.

Party with the Saints

We all get incredible moments in our lives that are mere stepping stones
to our future. Yesterday Morning I attended the YSL trunk show and was
somewhat blown away. Even I'd already seen the actual runway show...just
the ambience was enough to set my spirits through the roof! Read the
entire experience at www.RunwayWonderland.blogpsot.com

Its a Party!

I'm just flabbergasted by the Prada Spring/Summer 2009 campaign shot by
Steve Meisel. If there's anything I love more than ice cream (from the
Dairy Queen), its a group of stylized chicks with places to go... after
they get their pictures taken of course. I love the intimacy between the
girls, the interaction, and of course everything else just states
flawlessness. It's no wonder companies like Prada, D&G, Gucci, & Chanel
are on top.... because they pull stunts like this!
